Rest in Peace ,Good Friend. You are already missed.

I just found out that a dear friend passed away yesterday. "I am sorry to inform you that our dear friend Preston Ledbetter (aka Mr. F-100) passed away on Tuesday October 26, 2004. Preston was a good friend to all F-100 lovers and an icon in the automotive world. Preston was one of the founders of the Ford F-100 Elite of Northern California - a truck club dedicated to the preservation of the much loved 1953-1956 Ford F-100 Pickups. Among Preston's many accomplishments in life, he has helped promote the F-100 to one of the most collected trucks in the word, besides founding our club 1969, he helped found the Annual North/South Run (a 34+ year gathering of Northern and Southern California F-100 Owners each year and the oldest F-100 Run in the country) and also founded F-100 Parts Unlimited (a business dedicated to all years of ford trucks), all while being a good husband and father to his family. Preston represented many things in life, but most of all Preston was a Friend. God Bless you Preston, Rest in Peace." -Chris D. Rogers Past Executive Board Chairman Ford F-100 Elite
